Transitional Recovery Services
Clean and Sober Living for Women
Juniper House is a clean and sober family environment where residents share responsibility in the care of the house. Together the women residents support and encourage individual growth while learning how to live without drugs and alcohol. The women develop a community with each other that promotes healthy living and sobriety.
Vocational Rehabilitation and Continuing Care
WRA's New Directions Program assists women transitioning out of residential and outpatient treatment. Assistance is provided with individualized counseling and guidance on issues related to housing, employment, education, legal problems, child care, and medical needs.
Each woman, together with the program counselor, creates a "recovery road map" guiding her to her goals and providing her with comprehensive referrals and resources including access to the internet and general computer access.
