WRA Training and Internship Oppurtunities The mission of the
Womens Recovery Association (WRA) is to assist women, girls and their
families in recovering from chemical dependency and its secondary effects.
WRA treats the whole woman and facilitates her healing with dignity and
respect. WRA was established in 1970 as a 501c (3) non-profit organization. The agency provides multiple treatment modalities including: Residential treatment for chemically dependent women; residential treatment for dually diagnosed women; outpatient drug and alcohol treatment for chemically dependent and dually diagnosed women; residential treatment for dually diagnosed adolescent girls; and outpatient psychotherapy for women and families affected by addiction.
Program begins in March of 2007. The Internship year runs from August to August, offering a full twelve months of internship, supervision, and training.
