Because we understand and value the unique nature of each woman’s recovery, WRA offers several options for outpatient treatment that are individually tailored to meet her specific needs.
Intensity and frequency are modified according to the treatment plan and services include treatment readiness, day treatment, outpatient services, and continuing care.
Treatment Readiness
A bi-weekly drop in group that helps women prepare to enter a more intensive treatment modality by reducing substance use, as well as resolving ambivalence and to barriers to treatment.
Day Treatment
Up to 18 hours of clinical programming per week is available, but day treatment typically includes WRA’s core treatment groups.
Individual Counseling/Psychotherapy Services
Individual counseling is provided in all programs and is intended to address variety of issues, which can include: relationships, stressors related to family, sexual and physical abuse, PTSD, mental health issues, eating disorders, domestic violence, social issues, occupational issues, co-dependency, trauma and depression.
Continuing Care
You can get continued support if you have completed treatment at WRA and other programs. Learn to prevent relapse and get advanced skills for maintaining sobriety.
