WRA’s Recovery Management Program assists women transitioning out of residential and outpatient treatment. Based on a case management model, the Recovery Management Program focuses on mobilizing community resources to address the secondary effects of addiction.
Assistance and individualized counseling is provided on issues related to housing, employment, education, legal problems, child care, and medical needs. Recovery Management participants have access to our computer resource center which offers internet access, email, typing programs, word processing, and printing.
Each woman, together with the program counselor, creates an individualized recovery action plan guiding her to her goals and providing her with comprehensive referrals and resources including: discharge planning, housing, education and training, basic needs, and child care.
